One of the most important factors in our health is nutrition.
Conventional medicine would have believe that health has nothing
to do with the food we take into our bodies. Even the most
primitive cultures have known that food is daily medicine.
It is our main source of energy. Just as a car, the quality
of fuel determines how well the vehicle will run.

Proper
nutrition is essential in maintaining a healthy life force.
In the industrial age in which we live, environmental pollution
is rampant and food is produced with financial gain as incentive,
rather than global health. Denatured, irradiated, synthetic
foods not only decrease physical vitality, but alter emotional
and mental states. Often, this results in a vicious, addictive
cycle where food is used to alleviate mental and emotional
imbalances that are the result of eating those same foods.
As more and more species come closer to extinction both on
land and in the sea, finding a balance in essential for optimal
health. We promote organic, vegan nutrition which has
been shown both healthy for humans and the planet.

Dietary supplements are sometimes prescribed for general support
and /or in specific conditions; although, supplement use cannot
replace the strong, healthy vital force that results from the nutrients
one obtains from organic whole foods nutrition.
As no one approach is right for everyone, the diet is tailored to
the individual's particular constitution. Educating the individual
in nutrition is a cornerstone of attaining optimal health.
